Peterborough City Council are seeking provider expressions of interests for engagement in soft market testing for the following services\. Please note this is not a call for competition nor does it signify the start of a procurement exercise but allows Peterborough City Council to further understand the supply market and engage with providers\. 1\. Environmental Enforcement - City wide coverage dealing with minor Environmental offences such as littering, dog fouling, spitting and issuing Fixed Penalty Notices \(FPNs\) 2\. Environmental Enforcement - for neighbouring authority \(district wide\) as above Anticipated Budget: Circa\. £400k per annum for expenditure \(excluding income\)\. Engagement is sort in confidence from relevant suppliers active within the supply market areas above\. This exercise may involve neighbouring authorities who have a shared interest\.
