Work description
Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council wishes to reduce the amount of grid electricity it has to purchase by generating its own energy from roof-mounted solar PV arrays. Detailed design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of suitable PV arrays is required at 6 sites in Council ownership.
