Estate Support Service Cover

Estates and Facilities I am currently looking into the possibility of having support services in place during our Christmas closure, this would be required from 08:00hrs on the 23rd Dec until 08:00hrs 2nd Jan. This would be covering all UoS buildings in the event of emergency such as power outages, water issues (dealing with leaks/drains) boarding up windows etc. all of which will be relatively unlikely to happen as all buildings except 1 will be closed throughout this period. If this is a service you would be interested in and would like to provide me with a schedule of rates/response times that'll be much appreciated. I have noted our 'core trades' that I would like to have cover for, if you do offer other services please add to the table accordingly.
