## Description

Estates and Facilities I am currently looking into the possibility of having support services in place during our Christmas closure, this would be required from 08:00hrs on the 23rd Dec until 08:00hrs 2nd Jan\. This would be covering all UoS buildings in the event of emergency such as power outages, water issues \(dealing with leaks/drains\) boarding up windows etc\. all of which will be relatively unlikely to happen as all buildings except 1 will be closed throughout this period\. If this is a service you would be interested in and would like to provide me with a schedule of rates/response times that'll be much appreciated\. I have noted our 'core trades' that I would like to have cover for, if you do offer other services please add to the table accordingly\.
