10107 - Structural works at Gertrude Road, Jex Road, Naismith Road and Pettus Road

Exemption contract process was required due to necessity to carry out remedial work of the similar nature to four structural scheme. The urgent procurement was necessary because urgent ground improvement and associated structural work is required at the four low rise council housing buildings and garden sink holes in their vicinity.

For future works, a full open tender process for this special type of work for ground stabilization and associated works has been advertised on 15 April 2021 on In-Tend under ref: NRW/HSG/10087/P and will be a four year contract.
