## Description

This contract has already been awarded and is published for transparency purposes\. An amendment has been made following a contract variation\. The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government \(MHCLG\) \(the Authority\) requires the procurement of a Supplier with specialist skills to conduct a pilot research study assessing building safety risk and the external wall cladding systems used on lower-rise residential buildings \(between 11-18 metres tall\) across England\. This contract has been awarded following a mini competition under the Crown Commercial Services - DPS Agreement \(RM6018\)\. It is anticipated work under this contract will be commissioned in three stages, each with a separate project budget\. Stage 1 - £1,409,175 Stage 2 - £32,025 Stage 3 - £982,675
