Description
In March 2025 the Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA) was established and brings forward devolved powers and funding to support economic growth across the region. One of the requirements of the transport funding is to have a Greater Lincolnshire Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP). BSIPs are how LTAs, working closely with their local bus operators and local communities, set out a vision and plan for delivering the step-change improvement in bus services required by the National Bus Strategy. GLCCA requires additional technical support in relation to the production of the BSIP
