The Contractor shall be responsible for providing a service for the collection, seizure, transportation, reception and kennelling of detained stray dogs which discharges the legal duties placed on the Council with regard to stray dogs\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
