BSH/ENR/CHP Maintenance

Direct award of repair and servicing of CHP Unit (specialist plant) to Shenton group until the end of the CHP's warranty period (Dec 2022) as procuring an alternative contractor would not be reasonable or satisfactory - by doing this would invalidated the warranty. Please note the value paid is based on the usage of the CHP unit thus this the contract value is an estimate based on anticipated usage.
