Temporary Overflow Car Park - Essex Police College, Chelmsford, Essex

The Contracting Authority (here the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex) is seeking to procure a Contractor for the construction of temporary overflow car parking at Essex Police College, Chelmsford, Essex. The works comprise construction of a temporary overflow car park including concrete hard standing, demarcation of car parking bays and low level fencing. The terms and conditions of the proposed contract will be based on the JCT Minor Works 2016 contract.
