## Description

To pay subs for the Bonn agreement Secretariat, which is funded by Bonn agreement member states for overseeing the agreement, admin and meetings for the functioning of the Bonn agreement\. They are based in London and liaise with member states within the agreement, this covers many states who have coastal interests in the North Sea\.
