## Description

The Trust would like to source and provide clinical indemnity for the clinical/surgical operations within its Private Patient Services\. This indemnity needs to be designed and placed in such a way that it protects both the Trust and its Surgeons/Consultants, who undertake private/self-pay practice within the PPU\.
