Organisational Development Support (Values & Behaviours)

Bury Council and CCG are seeking a strategic partner to work with for a period of approximately 18 months to develop and deliver a comprehensive programme of organisational development work.

This work will involve the co-creation of a set of values for the Council and CCG and support our diverse workforce to recognise and demonstrate the behaviours which will show these values in action and drive a change in culture across the organisations.
