To develop and deliver a series of focus groups with early- and mid-career archivists to interrogate the leadership skills gap within the sector and the potential design of a learning programme to address this The outcomes from the groups will help inform the development of the content of a Leadership skills programme to be delivered to the archive sector. We would value submissions from companies with experience in delivering research and creating content for the development of skills programmes
