## Description

Tender for the construction of the proposed Brown Street surface car park temporary extension in Blackburn Town Centre\. Including associated drainage \(to tie in with existing Council drainage if possible\), surfacing and lining works, the provision of a knee rail to secure the site's perimeter and a lockable barrier should the Council want to close off the car park for events
