This procurement was conducted under the NWUPC framework - High Value Laboratory Equipment LAB3123 NW : Lot 11 - Image Based High Content Screening and Analysis Equipment. High content imager which is confocal with maximum throughput and resolution. Climate control included. High content imager needs to have maximum range from UV to NIR for excitation, with high NA objectives for both air and water to allow high resolution 3D imaging and throughput. Filter wheel to enable optimal matching of excitation and emission. Optimal imaging for both tissue and cells, using pre-scan at high resolution and re-scan at low resolution. Automation into easy to use image analysis software to enable ease of data analysis and flow.
