Information Communications Technology (ICT) Managed Services Provision

Description

Wigan Metropolitan Borough Council sought to appoint, through competitive dialogue procurement, a supplier with the financial means and relevant experience, skills and resources to supply a fully managed IT service, which will cover all the Council's IT needs and requirements. The process for appointing the Managed IT Services Provider has been carried out in accordance with the Competitive Dialogue Procedure (Regulation 30) of the PCR 15. A strong technology solution has been negotiated with the Preferred Bidder which the project team are very satisfied with.
