Multi-Disciplinary Consultant Team for Grays Riverside Programme RIBA Stages 0 to 2+ including Masterplan

Thurrock Council is seeking to appoint a multi-disciplinary design team to develop a comprehensive and deliverable masterplan for Grays Riverside to RIBA Stage 2+. Through the planning application the Council will secure funding allocated through the Town Deal (MHCLG) and will reconnect Grays town to the river Thames through this network of projects.

Additional information: The contract dates and timescales shown are indicative only. The actual contract period shall be determined by completion of tasks set out in the specification. The estimated total contract value is between £250,000 and £350,000.
