18/017 Provision of Procurement Advice & Support for the Housing Repairs & Investment Services

Tamworth Borough Council is looking to engage in at least two concurrently running contracts that will deliver all repairs, servicing, health & safety, compliance and Decent Homes work across its retained housing property portfolio in line with the recently approved 30-year HRA Business Plan. As a result, the Council is now seeking to engage the services of an appropriately qualified and experienced consultant to assist with the procurement of these contracts.
