GB-London: CLEVER Cities - Thamesmead Film

The purpose of the brief is to commission a film maker to chart the journey of CLEVER Cities in Thamesmead.

CLEVER Cities is a five-year initiative to design and implement nature-based solutions in partnership with residents to promote sustainable and socially inclusive urban regeneration. Demonstrator projects will be delivered in the three lead cities of Hamburg, Milan and London.

The nature-based solutions initiative in London is centred on Thamesmead in south-east London, which is the subject of a multi-million-pound regeneration initiative. CLEVER Cities will add-value by providing funds and resources to enable community co-creation, embed nature-based solutions into the regeneration programme to help transform the estate, and support long-term evaluation of the impact of the NBS and the wider benefits of co-design.

The brief is looking for a creative film maker to follow the journey of community participation in CLEVER Cites as we co-design new spaces for South Thamesmead.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
