Support the development of the operational readiness program - Liaise with stakeholders to ensure processes and procedures are updated in line with project requirements - Perform assessments to identify improvements in process and implement change where required - Support successful operational readiness testing - Upskill and provide ongoing support to colleagues in preparation of Operational Go Live
