\*\*\*\*\* THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION \*\*\*\*\* This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the SUPC SLRA Lot 1 - Chest Microsoft EES framework Variation 001, 002 and 003 has been conducted\. As a result of this the Call-Off contract value has increased to £3,170,425\.01\. Brief Description of Requirement Award to provide: UK Research and Innovation would like to renew their Microsoft Enrolment for Education Solutions \(EES\) agreement for a 3 year period, dating from 1st January 2023 - 31st December 2025\. EES is Microsoft's agreement term to supply academic licensing to their customers and can supply anything from their portfolio and enables critical services UKRI need from productivity, security, information management, infrastructure\.
