Promoting Compliance: OS Digital Support Service Design

Description

Ofcom requires support and advice in the design of an end-to-end digital business support service to support SMEs and other businesses in scope of the Online Safety Bill with compliance, and in the creation of a digital capability roadmap to build, test, deliver and iterate such a service. The scope of the work is focused on two core service areas: • Service design, user experience and prototyping • Digital delivery programme management support
