Description

Contract for the attainment and maintenance of the BS10008 Evidential Weight and Legal Admissibility of Electronic Information certification. The NHSBSA Primary Care Services provide to its customers a digitisation of records service. The BS10008 certification scope covers the scanning and digitisation of paper documents that primarily contain sensitive personal information such as patient medical records, health and social care records, personnel files, training records etc. Within scope of the contract is an initial gap analysis, stage 1 and stage 2 assessments, annual surveillances as well as any additional audits.
