Market Engagement Event Anticoagulation Islington CCG and Haringey CCG

Haringey and Islington CCGs are working together to review existing arrangements for providing anticoagulation in both CCGs with a view to aligning the offer from 1st April 2019. As part of this process we would like to invite current providers and others who contribute to anticoagulation to a pre-market event on Wednesday 11th July, 2-5pm at Islington CCG Offices (Laycock Street, London, N1 1TH) The purpose of this session will be to review how anticoagulation is currently delivered and to develop ideas for a service that can be offered across both CCGs and that brings benefits to patients.
