## Description

This procurement is reserved by supplier location as enabled by the Cabinet Office PPN 11/20\. The Council will only accept tenders submitted by the suppliers who are based or established and have substantive business operations in West Sussex and/or East Sussex\. Please note this requirement is mandatory as stipulated in the Selection questionnaire Section 8\.2\.
