Provision of Medway Grid for Learning (2024)

Medway Council is seeking to commission for the provision of Medway Grid for Learning across the Medway catchment area utilising a single lead provider model.

The Council's approach is to commission a single Lead Provider to offer the services in line with the inclusion and exclusion criteria outlined in the service specification.

The requirement is fully detailed in the Service Specification and in conjunction with the ICT minimum requirement - appendix A which is attached to the competition documentation. The Specification describes the key features of the service being commissioned and the expectations of Medway Council.

The proposed contract period for this service will be two years with a provision to extend for a further one (1) year, unless otherwise terminated in line with the conditions of contract. Any extension will be taken with mutual agreement and only after satisfactory performance against Key Performance Indicators.
