The Northern Lighthouse Board requires a Corporate Membership to provide Gym, Pool, and Fitness Class Facilities. Potential Providers must provide a fully detailed proposal that addresses each aspect detailed in the quotation document with a breakdown of costs as described (page 4 & 5), and any other pertinent information requested for this procurement exercise.

Evaluation Process - It is envisaged that there will be a 2 stage quotation evaluation process for this quotation. Not all suppliers will be taken forward through the stages and it is likely that only a shortlist of those with the highest rating from Stage 1 will be taken forward using the Contract Award Criteria in the quotation document. It should be noted that following Stage 1 evaluation the Board may decide that the next stage is not required; this is dependent upon the outcome of Stage 1.
