Tender for Localised Roofing Upgrades with Roof Light Replacement at Gorsley Goffs School, HR9 7SE

Herefordshire Council wishes to appoint a contractor to complete the roof light replacement with localised roofing upgrades as described in the scope of works document at Gorsley Goffs Primary School. In addition, the project will include internal and external fire door replacement and upgrades.\r \r Gorsley Goffs School consists of two schools blocks. The original block comprises of a two-storey traditional stone masonry and solid brick structure with a pitched roof. To the rear of this block, there is a more modern extension school block which is constructed with cavity brick construction, pitched roof and timber casement windows. The external doors are a mixture of glazed timber and powder coated aluminium throughout. \r \r The works to commence in July 2025, and must be completed by 29 August 2025.\r Additional information: Herefordshire Council has published this contract opportunity on the 'Supplying the Southwest Portal'.
