## Description

This contract will provide the ICT service with outcomes in the following areas, relating to SAP and the in-house management of the system: \(1\) Understanding the Gap - assessment of the existing installation and team in terms of their skillset, \(2\) Training - as a result of the gap analysis, \(3\) Provision of FICO Cover until training is suitably delivered\.
