Work description
City of Wolverhampton council on behalf of Black Country Transport (BCT) is looking to appoint a suitable consultant to undertake work to support the A456 Dudley Consultation. The A456 has been identified by Dudley MBC as a corridor that warrants investment. The A456 sits in the borough of Dudley, close to the border of Birmingham and Worcestershire. Therefore, a consultation process is needed as part of the current Outline Business Case (OBC) development to allow key stakeholders such as the public to provide feedback on the current scheme design proposals.
