Work description
To provide disposal advice services in relation to 16 specific KCC properties. The requirement is for all 16 properties to go under the one framework instruction. In the first instance the agent will focus on the first 9 properties which are market ready now and detail on the remaining 7 will swiftly follow as they become ready for market appraisal and onward disposal.
