These should include:\r \r • Specific market trends and opportunities.\r • Advising early on, whether investments should be used for debt redemption\r • Monthly reports illustrating that the consultancy have monitored and analysed our\r portfolio.\r • Priorities being security, followed by liquidity, followed by yield.\r \r The contractor will take into consideration the latest economic and financial environment which may impact on the Council's borrowing and investment strategies.
