Kirklees Council \(The Council\) seeks the appointment of a consultant team to undertake a master planning study for Huddersfield Town Centre and an identified hinterland \(the 'study area'\)\. The key output will be a Huddersfield Town Centre Masterplan \(HTCMP\) which will form the context for a wider Huddersfield Area Action Plan\. This invitation to tender seeks the appointment of a consultant team to produce the following outputs: PART 1 - Development of a Future Vision and Engagement PART 2 - A Huddersfield Town Centre Master Plan \(HTCMP\)
