Systems Availability

Birmingham City University required a systems availability and monitoring service that would give a 24x7x365 service from a secure date centre. This needed to include significant dashboard capability and clear reporting elements to enable the University to improve the systems and networking currently operational. This was awarded following the use of the G-Cloud framework to identify a suitable supplier, for a 2 year contract with the option to extend for a further 12 months starting in August 2017.
