Contractors will be required to undertake :- Pre demolition, construction activity to include site preparation - Site surveys and site waste management plan - Demolish building(s) down to ground level or as per project specific requirements - Site clearance post Demolition (to include contaminated materials) - Asbestos Removal Services.
