## Description

A material portion of HS2 Ltd's costs are denominated in foreign currencies and hence are subject to potential price volatility, both positive and negative, from movements in FX rates\. Given the current FX volatility caused by Brexit, FX risk is increasingly being raised as a cost driver by suppliers across all of HS2 Ltd's procurements\.
