RIS3 Technical Partner Contract

This contract is to provide a range of services required to develop of the analysis to support the Road Investment Strategy (RIS). If delivered successfully collaborating with existing internal resources, then we would expect analysis to underpin the both the economic and strategic case of the RIS. This would move the analysis to be more proactive where we influence the decisions being made rather than just providing the evidence that supports the decisions. The nature of the services we require will change over the 4 years of the contract. Therefore, the successful partner will need to have access to a wider pool of people to ensure we can access the right services at the right moment.
