GB-Colchester: Construction of Stanway Community Centre

Description

Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to undertake the construction of a two storey Community Centre, at Stanway, Colchester, including external works and drainage. The works also includes works outside of the site comprising Highway works and drainage connections. Full details of the requirements are detailed within the Specification and associated documents. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Site visits can be arranged by following the instructions detailed in the ITT & Bidder Guidance Document.
