The Council is seeking to appoint a single regulated organisation for a term of 5 years with the possibility of a further 2 years extension by mutual agreement, to provide quality banking services in support of its existing cash management activities\. The Council is seeking to generate additional process efficiencies, reduce risks, and enhance scrutiny controls - by embracing the automation on offer from the successful Tenderer and by working closely with them to implement innovative banking service solutions whenever possible\.
