West Northamptonshire Council requires well-managed, good quality self-contained temporary accommodation in its area, which is purchased on a nightly basis and managed by the housing supplier\. West Northamptonshire Council is implementing a Dynamic Purchasing System \(DPS\) to enable to the Council to ensure quality, value for money and an improved Temporary Accommodation service\.
