GB-London: Workspace Operator for Wood Green Works

Building and facilities management services. Refurbishment work. Architectural design services. The London Borough of Haringey is seeking tender responses for a services concession contract for Design, Construction and Management services for the operation of meanwhile use Workspace and Event Space at 40 Cumberland Road, London N22 7SG. Capital funding for the project from the Council and Greater London Authority will be used to support the refurbishment and fit-out of the building, creating meeting spaces, providing mechanical and electrical services where required, upgrading card entry security system, installation of superfast Broadband and provision of additional bike storage .
