Overnight Visiting Concierge Service

Medway Council Strategic Housing is looking to appoint for 4 months an Overnight Visiting Concierge Service. This service is expected to operate overnight out of hours visiting a range of property locations, including HMO's, Bed and Breakfasts and Hotels, mainly situated around the town centres of Chatham and Gillingham, used by Medway Council Housing for the temporary accommodation of people experiencing homelessness and who may have been placed by way of Medway Council's Covid-19 response exercise. The service would visit these sites, where agreed accessing the communal areas of the accommodation to carry out general welfare checks on the property and occupants, responding to matters such as anti-social behaviour calls, health concerns (including Covid-19) and reporting back through agreed channels to Medway Council Strategic Housing's Partnerships Team, Rough Sleeper Initiative and Rehousing Teams.
