## Description

Cornwall Council is seeking an Executive Search Partner to assist with the recruitment to the following roles within our Adult Social Care Directorate: • Area Director \(three posts\) Grade Q Salary range £68,529 - £83,753 • Chief Social Worker \(one post\) Grade P Salary range £59,053 - £72,174 • Locality Manager \(three posts\) Grade O Salary range £51,206 - £61,586 We are reshaping Adult Care and Support Services within Cornwall, creating new roles to lead and drive the development of a place-based health and social care service\. The roles will work at the interface of strategic and operational relationships with NHS and other partners and will be a key part of a fully integrated model of health and social care commissioning and provision\.
