## Description

Companies House would like to request potential providers with the relevant knowledge, experience and capability of providing Managed Enforcement Agency Services and Enforcement Services to respond to a Request for Information which will be issued to suppliers on the 17th March 2023 at 12 noon via email\. We are asking interested suppliers to complete a mutual non-disclosure agreement before sharing the RFI due to the sensitive nature of information shared\.
