Programme aim is to develop and provide Cultural Intelligence consultancy, advice and training to our leaders. We want our leaders to be inclusive and compassionate and role model positive behaviours. Leaders will take an active role in providing solutions and strategies to progress our Diversity and Inclusive priorities and will exemplify inclusive behaviours in everyday interactions.
