NOTE: This notice was updated on 01 August 2022 for the following reason: Update to final line of Description in contract notice: "This insight will inform new materials to be developed and published in 2023(The Arts Council are seeking an independent evaluator or critical friend to review and evaluate our published resources, and identify and recommend what types of content are expected to be well received by both individuals and organisations in the creative and cultural sector in the future to help them embed the Investment Principles in their practice. The review will provide insight into how well the resources already published are being received by the sector, how useful the sector perceives them to be, whether the content is engaging the intended audiences and recommendations for improvements to future content. This insight will inform new materials to be developed from June to September 2022 and published in November 2022.)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
