## Description

What does the project set out to achieve: This project aims to ensure continuation of policy development and preparation of a position for the ORR board for a key project during a period of resource tightening\. What is included within the scope of the project: • Further development of ORR's existing policy approach for ORR's role in relation to scorecards in CP6, and how this translates into setting ORR's requirements for Network Rail under PR18\. • Further development of ORR's existing policy approach in relation to the set of measures which ORR will require for CP6 within the above framework\. • Support, direction and coordination of the individual measure workstreams led by ORR teams, recognising the existing policy position\. • Improvements and developments of the existing policy positions\. • Liaison with key internal and external stakeholders to further develop the positions\.
