## Description

BEIS is responsible for the liabilities of the former British Coal Corporation \(BCC\) under the Coal Industry Act 1994 and are looking to procure a service provider who can manage group litigations, individual case litigation and claimsfor compensation, including the Coal Industry Pneumoconiosis Scheme, against BEIS, on behalf of the former BCC
