Prj No. 1482 - Toilet Refurbishment at Ness Road/Campfield Road, Shoeburyness

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to carry out a toilet Refurbishment, comprising removing existing sanitaryware, floor covering, cubicle partitions and replacing same. In addition, removing existing ceiling finishes and light fittings and replacing same. Providing vandal resistant wall finish and steel doors.

A Schedule of Works will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract. The tenders will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 80% for price and 20% for quality.
